ifoodee is the latest, most happening directory for restaurants and nightlife in your city. We’ll keep you updated on the hottest restaurants and party zones to hit our radar. Don’t know where to party on your birthday? Tired of ordering from the local Chinese restaurant? Or just looking for a special place to take that special someone? There’s something for everyone here. Soon we’ll even be covering events in your city! Our active community members share their experience on this online platforms and posts comments and reviews.

Is it a free service?
ifoodee is free for everyone. We believe good food and good times should be easy for anyone to access. We don’t charge you for reviews, comments, or membership.

What are the benefits of using ifoodee?
•    From ifoodee, you can get unbiased information on restaurants, eat-outs, nightlife etc. Scores of people from your city will be posting reviews and you can compare feedback to find out the most suitable one.
•    It’s much better than asking for opinions from your friend circle or office mates. Their tastes or expectations from a place might be different from yours.

What can I do on ifoodee?
Ifoodee enables you to search, rate, and review fine dining, casual eateries, ice cream and coffee places, and the latest new nightclubs. Soon, we’ll be adding newer options in our site. We’re only going to get bigger and better!

Who can see my profile or my reviews?
We believe in transparency and all visitors to our sites can see your reviews. Your profile, image, ifoodee ID, and your first and last name are visible to all. This is also so you know we have only genuine feedback on the site. We do care about your safety though – let us know if you think there is any unethical use of your personal information going on through ifoodee.com.

Does ifoodee have a presence in my city?
Patience, people!! We are currently foodeeing Mumbai and are planning to expand to most major cities in India. We are also adding some new features to our site so that your location doesn’t make any difference.

How do I find something on ifoodee?
ifoodee offers you the facility to search within the site, with parameters that you set. Type your requirements into our search boxes, or click on the relevant links, or if you are just browsing, there are plenty of places for you to check out.

Can I refine my search results?
Ifoodee allows you to refine your search. You can sort your results by different parameters like rating, price, relevance and so on.  You can also use filters to conduct advanced searches.

How do I become an ifoodee member?
Log on to www.ifoodee.com  and click on the “Become a foodee” button. Following a few simple steps you can register yourself as an ifoodee member. It’s free and it’s easy as pie!

How do I verify my account?
After signing up, you will be sent a verification email. Follow the instructions sent in the email and you can activate your membership within a few seconds.

Can I edit my profile?
Sign in with your id and password. Then click on the “Edit Profile” link to make changes to your profile

How can I invite my friends?
On any Restaurant profile and Member profile page, you shall find a Invite a Friend link. After clicking the link, you’ll be asked to enter the email addresses of your friends. They’ll get automated personalized emails asking them to join ifoodee.


Privacy

Is my personal information safe?
Ifoodee does not share your personal information with anyone, unless required to do so by the law. We won’t even clutter your inbox with junk mail if you have complaints, praise or feedback, drop us a line at feedback@ifoodee.com
 

Writing Reviews

What makes a great review?
Unbiased information is the core of a great review. Your personal views are important, but remember, not everyone will share your preferences. We definitely want to hear what YOU thought of the experience, but try to let general perceptions and fair comments flavor most of your review. If it’s well-thought out and unique, it’ll stand above the rest.

Can I review a business I am connected to?
As a business owner or as a stakeholder of a particular business, you can also write reviews. But you should provide genuine information. ifoodee will have the right to edit the reviews posted by you.

Can I write a negative review?
We believe in truth and you are most welcome to write negative reviews. But we encourage our members to write honestly, and keep anger and personal dissatisfaction out of it. Remember, other members of the site trust you to be frank and precise in your reviews. You’ll also be motivating business owners to improve their services.
 
Can ifoodee remove any review?
All reviews posted by members are critically reviewed by ifoodee. Following our policy we will have the right to remove any review for the following reasons:
•    Hiding your personal information and link to any business organization
•    Posting second-hand experiences or hearsay
•    Personal attacks on a particular business
•    Stereotypes and Discrimination
•    Offensive language or spam

On ifoodee, we offer you plenty of options to advertise your products and services with us.
